 Convert Polyline as Line String with desired elevations.

Please see attached jpg file.

In this file I have a polyline highlighted.

In the background I have a Pointcloud and a surface generated from the pointcloud.

I wish to edit this polyline, convert this to a line string with the elevation borrowed only from the two ends of the polyline.

What is the best workflow.

Off the top of my head.  If that is a boundary line with elevations on that line.  You could use the elevate line command.  Use the boundary line as the crossing line for the end at line to be elevated.  This will let the line you want elevated at those end to use the crossing elevation to be placed very quickly.
