Corridor side slope instruction

Hi

I need an advise how to make an instruction to make side slope instruction in the right slope. I got to the situation on the screenshot. I need a corridor, that should be made from a surface and a side slope instruction that would copy the slope between the two end-points and went in this slope or an instruction in percentage. But I cant make the instruction to follow the right slope, that shoud be in MINUS/DOWN direction.
It doesn care for my -2% setting.
How can I reach that?

Check if honor tie slope is set to yes in- project settings>computations>corridor
