Creating a custom report that combines at least two reports

I am working on a highway project that uses several iterations of As-built shots.  I get the points as a .CSV file from the crew chief.  Importing is not the issue.  The deliverable needs to be a spreadsheet that has the station, round to the nearest +00 or +50 (ie 1049+99.94 becomes 1050+00 or 1049+51.05 becomes 1049+50) with elevation of the point as well at the elevation of the surface at that point.

The report, in an excel format, would look like:

Station, offset, pt. elev., surf. elev

The most ideal, since I have 5 offsets at each station, would be:

Station, 1st O/S, Pt. elev, surf. elev, 2nd O/S, pt. elev, surf. elev, etc

Is there a way to do this?  Report creation is not my strong suit.

Thanks in advance!

Could probably all be done from original .csv in Excel. Custom reports in TBC are a nightmare and not worth the hassle, most of time the desired result isn't even possible. You're time would be much better spent in exploring Excel's capabilities rather then custom reports in TBC. IMO.
