Easy way to troubleshoot .dat files is to open in excel and you can view it like a regular levelling sheet. This will also allow you to look in more detail what has happened at the addresses that it has thrown an error for.
Based on the errors reported, the traverse was expecting an intermediate shot to be taken however it has interpreted a front/back sight shot has been taken at address 20 and 22. This has likely been the catalyst for the error at address 189 as it looks like a manual elevation has been entered that doesnt match with what has been computed and also the error at address 190 where the FS/BS distances have thrown an error.
If i had to guess, when the measurements were taken the operator has taken an intermediate measurement and forgotten to turn intermediate measurements off before measuring the next front sight and moving the dini.
If you post up the .dat file i can have a closer look at the data to see if my suspicions are true.
