Hi all,

On trying to import files (dwg, xml) I get the following error message . It's in Dutch so I translated it below.

I have tried the suggested solution and I tried saving the files localy with a short file path, this didn't fix it.

Any suggestions?

What happend

Trimble Business Center experienced an unexpected error. Because the error was unexpected, it cannot be adequately addressed.

What consequences this has for you

You must immediately save your work and restart the program.

What can you do about it

Restart this software and repeat your last action. Try other methods to perform the same action.
