I have multiple survey crews in the field or major as built pipeline construction projects. I want to utilize attaching photos to points with the geo-tagged data to bring into TBC. My test crew is having issues with this. The only way it seems we can get it to work/transfer over is direct from the data collector via usb-c cable or external dongle. I think we have all of the steps right on the front end: media boxes checked, using the TBC camera, etc, but we may be missing something on the copy over or export in that a media folder must be included in that data set? It seems like all you need to drag over into TBC is the job file, but I assume it must reference the. jpegs from another source? Also, we have an in-house HUB (cloud storage) that the crews are required to upload to daily. Ideally, they will never have to physically upload to my laptop and can do all of this directly from the field as they will be miles and hours away from the office. I expect thousands of these pictures to be coming in as well. If this has been addressed can someone provide me that thread link or is this an ongoing issue? Thank you much.
