 HASP License Updater - Could not find the protection key details error

Hello I was trying to update our license using the HASP License Updater and I get the following error "Could not find the protection key details error".

Here is what I tried:
  • Downloaded TBC 5.70.1
  • Installed the HASP License Updater
  • Opened HASP License Updater and Clicked on create
  • Entered 19 digit key and clicked Upgrade
  • I get the error message ”Could not find the protection key details”
