How To Contact Trimble Business Center Tech Support?

I have been attempting to contact tech support for Trimble Business Center Errors. Getting Point Cloud rendering errors on saved documents. Does anyone know the phone number or specific link to TBC tech support?

Somehow I keep getting re-routed to Oil and Gas or Fleet Department on Trimble's Support page/line, and they keep you on hold for hours. Getting nowhere fast with that, so if anyone knows who to contact for TBC, it would be of great help!

I'm not aware of a tech support phone number. Have you submitted a problem request with your Trimble vendor? That's how I've addressed my issues, since your vendor can submit a problem ticket to Trimble.

Needs to go through your next closest Trimble equipment dealer. Dealer Locator

If they can't help you, they'll open a ticket with their next contact up the chain, usually the closest distribution center. And if they can't help, they'll open another ticket directly with Trimble.

May have changed by now, but that was the chain when I was working for SITECH in Europe 6-7 years back. We had to open a ticket with the guys in Germany, and they would escalate it to Trimble if necessary.

If you're lucky the reseller can contact Trimble directly.
