 I can't Import PDF File into TBC Can anyone help me to get this sorted out. Please find the Image below to analyze the issue

by chance you have the PDF saved on Onedrive.  If you have the PDF saved somewhere beside your C drive.  Save the PDF to your computer and try again.

Check that your default processing file location is correct (File->Options->General->File Locations) is local and not on a savedrive or onedrive.  I've seen something similar when my machine is setup to work on a network and reference file paths there and then I try to work remote off the network.
