I have a distributor that has a customer with a road design so bad that they brought it into TBC and ran a IRI report where the IRI report is showing way above the 1.8 spec. The customer is wondering if we have any documentation stating how accurate TBC’s IRI report is, as the engineers will not accept it without that.
Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
