Is the Notifications/News panel down? I'm definitely connected to the internet and I can also load background map so I'm logged in as well.

My TBC has been the same as yours for several days.

Hi Thomas - this is a known issue.

The Notification/News link within TBC has been 'broken' after a recent major update of the Geospatial Website. The TBC team are aware of this and it will be addressed, but it will likely be in the next scheduled release rather than a hotfix given it's more cosmetic.
