Hello Jennifer,
can you check if either your account name on the computer or the project folder of TBC include the character "&" in it?
We did have a client using an account name "Survey & Design" and this caused the issue to fail the mosaiking.
We run currently some checks were the project folder name includes the character "&". I will try to keep this post here updated concerning this scenario.
Please let me know if this fixes your issue.
If not, I would be interested in your log file and input.xml file.
These files can be found in the temporary processing folder.
The temporary processing folder can be found on your computer at:
C:\Users\LOGIN-NAME\AppData\Local\Temp\uasbox
LOGIN-NAME is the name that you use to log in to your computer.
You will need to check this folder during your TBC Photogrammetry processing or when it crashes (do not close TBC!). Go to the temporary folder.
You will find the
general log file, using the following naming convention: <DATE>-<TIME>_EN_uasbox.log (e.g. 20220408-162007_EN_uasbox.log)
input.xml file in the same folder as the log file.
Please copy and attach these two files.
