PLOTTING PIPES ON CROSS SECTIONS CREATED FROM CORRIDORS

I have a corridor I have created based on asbuilt data, and proposed data. I need to plot cross sections of this data along with some underdrain information. I am not having any luck figuring out how to display the underdrain invert data as a pipe (circular objects) in the sections. The underdrain is in the form of a 3d linestring, I was able to  convert it to a pipe/utility network, but couldn't add it to the corridor, or cross sections. Please let me know if there is any way to this. Doesn't seem like this should be too hard to do.

Thank you!

TBC can't handle it. Very frustrating limitation.

Rockpile Solutions has a multi-offset line command that can make an approximation of the circular pipe for ID and OD, top and bottom halves, and get it to where it looks pretty good.
