Is there a way to refine the colorization of point clouds? I run into issues where two different set-up images overlap, and because of sunlight/clouds, the colors don't look as good as they should.

I don't think so. It can only work with the colors in the photos, and when taking a photo looking towards the sun objects get over exposed in the photos.
