 Point Creation: Middle of Point to Point

Please excuse if this has been discussed or answered before but I could not find it in previous threads. I'm trying to create middle of point to point for a lot of palm trees and other evergreen trees. Is there a way for that command to stay locked instead of having to click middle of point to point every single time? Currently it just resets to free point every time I finish the previous point. I'd like to create a point using middle of point to point and that the window to select the two points comes back up automatically.

Are you trying to create named points? (with potentially feature codes)

If you're okay with unnamed simple CAD points and have at least a Survey Advanced license you could use my SimpleCADPoint macro. That has a mode to circumvent the annoyance you've described.

With TBC's "Create from CAD" or "Convert CAD Points" you can bulk convert them to named points for feature coding. This won't be a good solution if you want to give the point a very specific name, maybe tree specific, upon creation.
