We use 5hz with data logging for our base station for topo. The problem we run into is OPUS won't accept 5hz files with 2 hours of data. Is there a utility to export the 30 second epoch files that OPUS likes?

That is a crazy high sampling rate for a survey application. I've used 2hz for airborne GPS photogrammetry and 1 hz mobile mapping. I don't know having a 5hz rate gives you for TOPO.

That being said, I think I've used TEQC for this purpose and I think that it is still being updated. There were some other applications like Rinex Manager and Decimate that I've used to muck with rinex files, but it has been a few years since and I can't really speak to which versions are supported.

Update:

We use Emlid Studio for our drone PPK processing. I just found out that it will down-sample RINEX.

Now my workflow is: .T02 file >> Trimble RINEX Converter >> Emlid Studio for down-sample >> OPUS.

It would be nice if the next version of Trimble RINEX Converter had a down-sampling option
