We use a TSC5 and have, for the last decade or so, used "siteworks utility report", with v1.8 the latest version in use.
Since the M365 upgrade, we have not been able to use the report, but have found a workaround using an old server with a pre-M365 version of excel. However, even accessing through the server, the report has stopped seeing the record.txt files on the handpiece, and can only see the datalogs.text. Has this happened to anybody else?
