Hi Tony,

sorry for the inconvenience. 

Shape file export does not depend on ArcGis Pro libraries, so the issue is related to something else..
I have quickly tried to export shape files using TBC 2024.12 and was not able to find a general issue.
Maybe its related to a specific project.
If you like, I can have a look at your TBC project.

TBC 2024.10 and 2024.12 work with ArcGis Pro 3.4.
Just ensure that ArcGis works on your machine and you are signed in into your ArcGis Pro account using ArcGis Pro, then it will work with TBC too.
In TBC you can check if you have access using GisConnectionManager.
Try to create a new connection to a file geodatabase and check that ArcGisProProvider3 shows up:

HI Thomas,

Thanks for your help.  I do not have the GIS module installed, just exporting fronm the general shapefile exporter. 

On exporting to shapefile with ARCGIS pro installed (v3.4) TBC 2024.12 causes a permananet hang.  On uninstalling Pro it works fine. There are several internet sources that suggest TBC and Pro piggyback off certain shared libraries.  When i roll back to Pro 3.2 it works fine.

Can you think of a reason why this is?  It happens with every single project I have tried.

thanks for your feedback.

I have ArcGis Pro 3.4.3 installed and TBC 2024.12.
There are no issues when export to shape on my side.
Maybe it works differently with a different TBC license.

Would you like to share your license details with me?
Then I can try on my side with the same settings.

I experienced the same issue with 2024.12 as well, I've since rolled back to 2024.10.

I'll download 2024.13 today and see if it will work.
