I hope you are well, I would like to know if you have had any problems trying to claim the trial version for TBC.
I fill out the form and it gives me the option to download TBC online or offline.
The issue is that it does not give me any information about the license, nor does it show me any message about whether I want to use the 30-day trial.
Once the TBC is installed, log in with the account (Trimble Identity).
I have gone to the license manager section choosing the option: License type by subscription but, where the trial subscription should appear, it is blank.
Any idea how can I get a trial license?

Reach out to your local Reseller. They will be able to offer up some alternative options on how to get a trial if the self-serve method isn't working for you. Or they may be able to figure out what is happening.
