 TBC Error "An item with the same key has already been added."

Has anyone ever had this error when trying to import a .dwg file. I can open it in DWG Trueview. Working on finding someone to try and re-save the file for me in CAD. I have also tried putting the file directly on my desktop to see if it was a file path length issue - I still get the same error message.

It might be a generic "I don't like this particular dwg file" error.  I once had a dxf or dwg that was made by saving a dgn file as the dxf or dwg and TBC has problems displaying it. I ended up copying everything in the autocad file and paste it in a new dwg file and TBC had no problems importing it.  

DWG compatibility to TBC is fairly new and does not display all items in a dwg correctly. For instance sometimes circles or ellipses get displayed as vertical lines, cannot display mleader text.  So I consider it basic/minimal compatibility.  I see its DXF compatibility more robust.

I'm not sure if my co-worker who has C3D ended up copying or just re-saving after exploding the duct bank runs down to linework for me. In both cases, before and after she worked with the file, I was still not able to import it into TBC v5.80 (same error message), but was able to import it into TBC 2023.11. So managed to keep working, luckily.
