Hi Nicolette. The Network path, and long file path are possibly causing this (we have seen that be the cause in the past). I'd recommend you put the file(s) onto your PC's local C drive in a shortened File Path and try again. That will eliminate those 2 causes.
If the issue persists, then it may be something in the file itself and you will need to get the file to your Reseller to get to Trimble to look at.
