 TBC Photogrammetry Module High-Quality GNSS Check Box Greyed Out

Hello Folks,

Can someone explain why the High-Quality GNSS check box only works with certain images within the Import UAS Data step? I have some data that I am trying to process but the box is greyed out and ultimately causes the Adjust Photo Stations step to fail because it thinks it needs baselines to be processed. These images have already been corrected in another software. Thanks and please advise. 

Running TBC Latest 2023.10.

So it looks to have worked when I tried for a third time. What has to be present aside from the corrected JPG photos? I have a .txt, .xml, and JSON that was created by the other software that  I used for PPK. I don't believe these are used in TBC though.

Hi Zach,

we run during the import a check if there are tags in the JPEG images giving us the information, that the drone has high-precision GNSS. If we find this information, we gray out the box to set the High-Quality GNSS option.

So I'm not sure exactly about your problem concerning the checkbox. The easiest would be, if you can send us your import report. After you import the drone images you get an import report. You can also access the import report afterwards in the PRoject Explorer from TBC. Right-click the [Import Files] and select Import Report.  Print the HTML page and send it to me or the support group.

This is also happening to me while running the same TBC version.

I get the error below.

I only have the images in the import folder.
