TBC Trial activation

Hi,

I just joined and I log in to my account and request a TBC trial version to try it before making a purchase. I downloaded and install the TBC then I logged in with my account in TBC 5.90 and then in the support tab in the license manager I select the subscription but I find there is no seat in my account and I can not activate my 30-day trial version. please help.

Hi Tom. I'd recommend you reach out to your local reseller. The TBC Trial Subscriptions are designed as a one-time option per user. I took a look at our Backend systems, and for some reason it looks like there's been 2 Activations with your TID - but both started on the same day. There's no easy fix to workaround that, but your Reseller will be able to arrange an alternative option to have you get a Demo license.
