Hi Tom. I'd recommend you reach out to your local reseller. The TBC Trial Subscriptions are designed as a one-time option per user. I took a look at our Backend systems, and for some reason it looks like there's been 2 Activations with your TID - but both started on the same day. There's no easy fix to workaround that, but your Reseller will be able to arrange an alternative option to have you get a Demo license.
