I am having issues with topsoil quantities. Specifically, in the "Materials Totals" of the earthwork summary. For some reason, the square footage of the topsoil quantity is always doubled. The cubic yardage is always correct, but the square footage always needs adjustment. Am I making a mistake in my process? I have included a copy of my spreadsheet for clarification.
