Your distributor would be a better person to talk to on this, they can lodge a support case to Trimble with all the information required which makes the process quicker and easier for everyone.
If you can provide a bit more info I can try to help. What version did this work on? And you upgraded to 2020.01 or did you mean 2022.01? And you do mean SD card, not USB card, right? Lastly, what controller are you using. Thanks.
