 Trimble Business Center crashes when trying to refine point cloud

Hello, 

I have some X7 data which I have geo referenced and refined. I then did some classification work on the point cloud. I then noticed an issue with a scan registration and would like to run the refinement again, but it now causes TBC to crash. I have restarted the program and my computer and I continue to get this error.  Wondering if anyone else has had this issue or can speak to how to stop it from happening. 

I am afraid the only way I can fix this is to go back to the raw data and start over. Hopefully this is not the case.

I have the exact same issue. Did a 50 scan project that on the surface rectifies correctly. But upon closer inspection this isn't the case. Manually linked the scans and then tried to refine and had the same message thrown up. Gotta love it. Will do some digging and see what i come up with.

I have had this issue many time while doing importing and refining scans with the SX10 and X7. Ive brought it to the attention of our dealer who recommends reinstalling TBC, but that also brings with it many unwanted issues. I would love to hear what trimble have to say

Same error message on work desktop and other colleagues work desktop. Have run the clean up utility and reinstalled TBC fresh and still have the same error. How much time can one spend on an issue that shouldn't even be there in the first place. Very frustrating
