Ive been trying for four days to find answer as to why my TBC installation wont take, it is consistently getting stuck on the staging portion of the online installation and my companies IT department has been zero help, CSDS has provided me with a separate link to download but I have low hopes for it as well. Has anyone encountered this issue before? CSDS tech support suggested a firewall issue but my companies IT department was adamant it is not a firewall issue and either way the tech i was talking to said they could not mess with the firewall on their end.
