We reached out to the vendor we purchase Trimble products through and are waiting to hear back from him. I just figured I would throw the situation out here a while to see if anyone had run into something similar.
I am thinking that we may have figured the issue out. It seems that it issues a device license for the wired and wireless network adapter on the laptops. I am waiting for confirmation from our end users that this is in fact the case. In that event, we will just have them close out of TBC before disconnecting from their docking stations at their desk to avoid this moving forward.
