Response to Robby- Yes I have been running v2025.20 since it was released. We do not have an IT department, small company. I have tried two separate devices; TBC will not open. VIDEO OF ERROR
I reached out to our distributor, and they had me run Utility Cleanup which deleted all my TBC files. I was using v2025.20, have tried downloading v.2024.10, neither will work. Using a HASP Key which warranty ended in early this year, so I cannot use the current version of TBC, I need v2025.20 or v2024.10 to run (I have got copies of those download files from our distributor). I have tried this on two separate computes in the office, neither will open TBC.

Was this the first time you installed TBC at all, or did you upgrade/downgrade/overwrite an existing version.
Did it ever work before?
Are you working for a large company where your IT department can block things silently in the background?
