Trimble Business Center

I have a new PC with Windows 10 and have installed TBC 2024.10. Then I opened an existing project and realized that the texts are no longer visible. I went to the text style manager and noticed that an error message appears for all styles where I used the font “Arial Narrow”. If I change the font to “Arial”, the error is gone and the texts appear again.
However, the error also occurs with various other fonts.
I opened the project again on my old PC (Windows 10, TBC 2024.01) and everything works there.
Then I gave the file to a colleague who also uses TBC 2024.10, he also has no problem.
So I copied all the font files from the old PC to the new one, but that didn't help. 
In MS-Word or Notepad++ the font “Arial Narrow” works without any problems. 
Does anyone have an idea what could be the cause?
