Hope you are having a great day. I'm an IT who is working on a surveying company. Our pc specs is below
i9-12900k
128GB RAM 3200
1TB M.2 (Windows)
4TB x 2 SSD (Processing and Exporting Files)
3090 RTX 24GB
I maxed out the spec from what we can get in the intel i9 processor. Lately from the start of December, they are having a random shutdown and TBC hanging while they are exporting or processing the data.
I already reinstalled everything many times and a fresh install windows. But still it keeps on occurring specially when they are in a hurry to finish something. Is there any problem with TBC or the PC itself (problem is that they supplier is not believing that it is the PC that have a problem because the random shutdowns only happen when they are using TBC. Another weird thing is that there is no error, bsod or event log for the random shutdown.
Hope someone can lead me to a direction of troubleshooting since I already did everything in my knowledge.
