I and my colleague just installed version 5.7, and noticed that the button for the offset surface command (which we use a lot) is gone. I can't find it in the command pane either.
Has it been removed? Am I missing something? Do I need to download some plugin or something?
EDIT: I solved it, starting the setup again and selecting "repair" has now fixed it for three different users. Odd that you have to repair a fresh install (we all ran cleanup utility before updating), but if you have the same issue, try that.

I still have it, but I'm using a slightly different folder structure for the macros since I also develop my own.
Attached a copy, unzip the file into "C:\ProgramData\Trimble\MacroCommands\Trimble" and restart TBC.
I'll have to create a new thread. For some reason it is impossible to add Attachments to Question Threads.
