We have been running into an issue the past couple of weeks where a second license seat of Trimble Business Center has been signed out to a single user/device causing others to not be able to login. We currently have 4 license seats, and there have been no changes to the network license for about a year at this point.
From what I understand from our end user, they are opening more than one Business Center Project but never had an issue before where multiple licenses were being consumed. I wasn't able to find any similar information to this issue, so I figured I would throw this post out here prior to reaching out to support to see if this is something anyone else has experienced previously.
Any information that anyone is able to provide would be greatly appreciated.
