I’m looking for a reliable way to compare surveyed points (imported from CSV) to design linework (from DXF Or Polyline) in Trimble Business Center. I want to extract:

The horizontal (perpendicular) offset from each point to the nearest line segment

The vertical elevation difference between the point and the line (or its elevation if it's 3D)
-
Ideally export or view this in a report or table
This is for as-built verification — I stake out linework in the field, then weeks later I shoot what was built and want to compare what I shot to the original design lines, not to design points.
