The TCC upgrade left some residual sync jobs between WM and TCC in a suspended state. This was causing synching issues between the 2 systems. All that has been resolved. TCC and WM sync should all be working again.
I realize our lack of communication on some of these issues is extremely frustrating. It is something we need to fix ASAP. The team is working on creating a simple notification system within the WM app so that some of these ongoing issues can be made visible to our user base.
