CreateWolrdFile - e vs E - One works in SiteWorks, one doesn't

There is an inconsistency bug with the write world file format  and the CreateWorldFile, where the CreateWorldFile will generate values using large values with exponent "e" but SiteWorks will not support "e" it will only support "E". This typically occurs with the rotation parameter. I have brought this up to the Siteworks. No idea on a timeline for dual support of e and E.

What is interesting is the native "writeworldfile" command produces the value with a "E" so I would think the CreateWorldFile within the WorldFileFormat should also use "E".

    Hello Patrick,
on my computer both write uppercase "E".
    Win11 - V5.70.1 and 5.81

Can you send me your TBC project or at least the georeferenced image you've been using.

I was also contacted by someone that my GeoRef macro that I had posted on the forum doesn't work for foot coordinates.
You'll have to convert the X,Y for the TiePoints to foot first.

    Attached my latest version.
