What I did was add permissions for 'everyone' to have 'full control' to the MacroCommands3 folder. This fixed it right up. Of course you have to have admin permission to do this but you only need it once. Now users can use, install and modify the Macros themselves.

Hi Fernando, thanks for the clarification!
Minor annoyance, but I wonder if this will cause trouble for users without admin privileges...
cheers

Hi Jarkko,
this happens since TBC v5.90 as they changed the macrocommands folder to MacroCommands3 and set it to read-only, so you need to change this property, but a bit deeper than only unchecking the "read-only" option when right-clicking on the folder and --> Properties.
We explain how to do it on our Buildings online help at the very top, so you can follow the steps:
https://www.tbc-buildings.com/help/24.01/index_en.html
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Fernando

Subject: Missing macro dictionary
Hello
I have an installation that places a folder containing Macros into the MacroCommands3 folder.
Whenever I run TBC I get this error
Now I can get past this by putting an empty dict file there, but I wonder if this is normal, since I haven't
been able to find anything about this error.
cheers
