TBC Macros and Extensions

Hi 

I need an advice how to solve a trouble with a project. I have a TBC project (in the link below) and it started to show this error (in attachment). It happens mainly when I create a group of layers. It looks it reached the limit of number of groups. The project also started to ignore using "Delete button" on keyboard and sort Surfaces somewhere among another groups of layers in Filter Manager.

I tried to resave it.....to make a copy of vce file and use that copy but It didnt work

May be I could export that as vcl file and import it into defalt project.... 

any sugestion?

I had a look at your project. With a macro I can create hundreds of layer groups without getting an error.

But as soon as I try to create one with the layer group manager it throws an error. But it only happens once after starting TBC. After throwing the error it doesn't happen again until TBC is restarted.

And the error occurs exactly when layer group 99 is being created. You can try it with an empty project. That implies an error in the layer group manager form implementation.

It's also happening in 2024.00, so something the Trimble guys need to look at.

I have noticed when I create a new group of layers and new layer, the layer/group can not be seen antill I reopen the layer manager or put some objects in it.

It would be fine to get some adwise from the TBC NASA CENTER :)
