Unexpected Error Message when exporting model to .PRO file

  • 1.  Unexpected Error Message when exporting model to .PRO file

    Hi,

    I'm new here.  I can't create a .PRO file.  I go to Jobsite Design Manager tab, and I click on edit model.  I choose my road surface model, alignments, and then click OK at the bottom.  I get this error message every time. 

    I upgraded to the latest TBC version 2025.10 and still get the error.
